I really like the features of this scanner, and for the first 20 days it was awesome. Then one morning, my computer would constantly lose connection with the scanner. I have tried several different computers, Mac and Windows, and none of them can maintain connection long enough to scan something...

Owned same model and had 6 years great service until the unit gave up. So bought another exactly the same and arrived promptly and works as brilliantly as the old one.

Several IT experts have never seen such an awful set-up. These days, network scanners are plug and play. This one plug and pray.
