We purchased it about a month ago, before than we had a digital sender made in 2002. This one is smaller, faster and provides better quality of scan. I don't know about other features, we only use it as a scanner.

Excellent value for the money. HP quality. Built in OCR. Works great!!!!!!! No learning curve to use.
