Very easy to use. I love that it never jams and it feeds about 15 to 20 pages at a time. Very simple so I do not see a lot of technical difficulties in the future. Does not take up too much room.

I bought this scanner because I used it at work and I love the features and the software. I have Windows 10 at home and the software for this machine is NOT Windows 10 compatible.

Pros: Looks, software, easy to clear jamsI work in the health industry and we use hp scanners in our EMR system. we have been using hp scanners for over 16 years and I love hp scanners but since they released the 3000 series, we have issues left and right.

Except paper jam issues sometimes everything else is good. Recommended to someone who wants decent adf , duplex and speed scanning

After having hard time with another product Canon, power by USB (in the past lost motherboardand power supplay because one of the item powered by USB become defective) this is very nice and friendly to use. Have so many future, software provided is more than enough for personal use.
