RETURN TO STORE. Harvey Nichols products only can be returned to one of our UK stores or to our Dublin or Hong Kong stores within [14] days of receipt. In all cases, please pack the item(s) that you wish to return in the original packaging and enclose the fully completed returns note provided with your order.

Delivery Info

Our couriers will deliver to your chosen delivery address within 5-7 working days. Orders will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. All international orders require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We will provide you with a tracking link via email which will allow you to monitor the progress of your order.
