Lacks adequate documentation; Supplied User Manual (electronic) is next to useless; So good luck figuring out where the more obscure settings are hidden away and so forth; Could not find an after market manual, either; Hence the downgrade from what otherwise would have been a four egg review

Let me first say that the T mobile Samsung Galaxy Prime is a really good phone. However the J7 depending on which carrier you buy it the specs are all over the place. T-Mobile told me it had 3g of Ram it has 2. I was told it had NFC it does not.
