Samsung Galaxy S8 Dual SIM SM-G950FD 64GB

Samsung Galaxy S8 is the new flagship phone from Samsung. The Korean company announced it on March the 29th 2016.

The screen measures 5.8 inches and almost covers the entire front area thanks to the curved edges and the removal of the physical home button. Samsung applies an Infinitive Design for the screen, which makes it appear larger than it is. The aspect ratio is slightly taller than most other phones at 18.5 x 9. This aspect ratio allows Samsung to offer split screens and therefore two apps can be viewed at the same time.

Galaxy S8 comes with Samsung's own voice assistant called Bixby and offers face recognition in addition to iris scanning and fingerprint sensor.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Review: To infinity and beyond?

To conclude our Galaxy S8 review: there is a lot of good to be said about the "New Galaxy," as everyone calls it. Those of you that were left nostalgic by the beauty of the Note 7 will be happy to see even more beauty shown off here.

Modern 2017 flagship design (Phablet that feels small; Great build quality; Software optimized for one handed use; One of the best cameras of 2017; Good audio performance through headphones; IP68 water and dust resistant; Best specs on a flagship so far; Iris scanner and Secure folder are awesome,...

Third-party software needs to scale up to 18.5:9; Lacks stereo speakers; Battery life is just ok; Where is Android 7.1; Some variants are fingerprint magnets; Hello Bixby is half baked and slow; Software tends to stutter; Fingerprint scanner placement makes no logical sense

This Ardent Samsung Fan Is Disappointed In S8+ Bugs and CNET Contributor Dolcort

CNET contributor Jessica Dolcort or her cohorts engage in stacking the user commentary. She/they did it on their initial Note 7 review, and she/they do it again here on the S8/+ review burying vocal negative user reviews about the very real bugginess of the current Samsung Galaxy flagship.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones in India last month starting at Rs. 57,900. As the name indicates, the S8 is the eighth smartphone in the ‘Galaxy S' series, which is a major improvement when it comes to the design and display compared to Galaxy S6 and S7 series of...

Brilliant display; Gorgeous and compact body; Samsung's new UX is more polished; Good performance

Fingerprint sensor placement makes it useless; Not a huge improvement in camera; Battery life is not impressive

Samsung Galaxy S8 phone: full, in-depth review

Where to start with a Samsung Galaxy S phone launch? These phones aim to be the very best on the market and in recent years, they’ve arguably succeeded. But Samsung has always had a habit of hyping them through the roof and sending them to market laden with gimmicky features that can range from I-can’t-believe-they-invented-it to utterly terrible. And yet last year’s Samsung Galaxy S7 ended up being our Phone of the Year (once the price had dropped) and is still a great buy.

Samsung shovels in the features (as usual) but at least the important ones are good... Very good. It's not cheap but it excels where it matters and that camera is outstanding. It's the best phone you can buy.

Very pretty; Very fast; Superb camera;

Bixby virtual assistant is a joke; Average battery life;

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ ( review ) are perhaps some of the most high profile smartphones launched in a while. For Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India, specifications include an Exynos 8895 octa-core SoC, Mali-G71 MP20 GPU, and 4GB of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Review: An Android masterpiece, but it's not without flaws

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a landmark moment for the smartphone. In making the seemingly simple decision to stretch the screen, Samsung has created a handset which finally breaks the smartphone mould and ends years of design stagnation.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and?S8+

The new Samsung Galaxy flagships, the S8 and the taller S8+, are the supermodels of the smartphone world. They're fastidiously put together, unusually slender and stylish, and look and feel exclusive.

Samsung Galaxy S8 review

Samsung has taken the best phone around and made it even better with an impressive Infinity screen and premium design. It ticks a shedload of boxes - as you'd expect from a flagship. It's the best phone of 2017 so far, but it is expensive and the biometrics are a let down.
