In short, the Samsung Galaxy S8+ is a masterpiece. It's expensive, but it's a masterpiece nonetheless.

Excellent display for movie watching (will be even better when HDR content is available), Great camera, Refined and full-featured user interface, Option to avoid Samsung bloatware for best software experience yet, Eye-catchingly gorgeous design

Internal speaker isn't great, Bixby isn't fully realised, Rear fingerprint scanner takes a backseat to iris scanning, Bixby button feels like it could be doing something else

UPDATE: Better battery life and a bigger screen improve on excellence - and two new colours are available now too

A good upgrade from my S7, finger print scanner is now on rear of phone so is abit fiddly to use if like me you keep your phone in a case, other than that it's a great phone
