Sigma has been introducing some very impressive lenses in their Art range and the latest addition is this 50-100mm f/1.8 DC lens. Designed for APS-C cameras and with a very useful constant f/1.8 maximum aperture, this gives a “35mm equivalent” of around 75-150mm.
The appeal of the Sigma 50-100mm f/1.8 DC HSM A might be limited to those using APS-C cameras, but this doesn’t take anything away from what is an outstanding lens that delivers stunning images right across its zoom range.
The next Art line Sigma is another undeniable hit. Instead of wax eloquent in the summary we just would like to say that the Sigma 50-100 mm is one of the sharpest lenses we’ve ever tested.
