iPhone 7 review: introducing the best iPhone EVER

No radical redesign, no resolution boost and no headphone port. If you look at what the iPhone 7 is missing, at least on paper, it's all too easy to dismiss Apple's latest pocket blower as just yet another iterative update. There's more to it than that though. A lot more.

Brilliant Force Touch home button; Finally plays nice with water; Beautifully; vibrant display

Missing 7 Plus's dual camera; Lack of headphone port a little restrictive; Only certain colours show off design wins

Apple iPhone 7

There's a simple question this year: Are the iPhone 7's new features worth the headphone jack hassle, especially right now, when there aren't many Lightning headphones available and Bluetooth is still divisive?

Water-resistant design; Faster processor, brighter screen, and better cameras than last year's model

The absence of a 3.5mm headphone jack is a big hassle, at least for a few months; Not all models are compatible with all carriers; Lacks dual cameras

I loved this phone when i first got it then this week it started freezing up and the battery is draining extremely fast even with the power saver is on. I am so disappointed that I have to send it back

iPhone 7 review

First it giveth, then it taketh away. The iPhone 7 is a decidedly mixed bag in terms of innovation. A 'solid state' capacitive button has replaced the squeezy Home button of old and, lest we forget, the 3.5mm headphone jack has gone in favour of Apple's new wireless standard.

Top performance; water resistant; bigger storage; camera upgrades

Same-old design; questionable innovation; no fast-charging

Apple iPhone 7 Review

After using the iPhone 7 for a little over a week, there wasn't anything much with it that I could say stood out from the previous model. Yes, it has more RAM, more storage, better processor, better camera, better display but all these felt incremental that you could not really see or feel the...

* Better performance; * Better camera; * Water-resistance; * Bigger storage

* Missing 3.5mm audio port; * Home button takes time to get used to; * Same old design; * Expensive

Jacked up

Controversy. Apple loves it. It fuels it and it's fueled by it. Rarely is brand hate more vocal and yet people stand in line to get the latest phone. It's part of the marketing game, and it has somehow always worked in Apple's favor.

iPhone 7 Review

The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are very good phones even if their design isn't something to brag about. As long as you like and it and feel good using one, it's fine. They are a bit different in the sense that they don't compete directly with the rest of the (Android) market for buyers who are already...
