iPhone 7 Plus 32GB

The iPhone 7 Plus comes in silver, gold and rose gold colors. It's Apple's first smartphones designed to be water-resistant. An entirely reengineered enclosure results in a water-resistant iPhone offering protection against spills, splashes, and dust.

The phone display uses the same color space as the digital cinema industry. The new Retina HD display integrates deeply with 3D Touch throughout the iOS operating system. Now you can interact with Messages, Calendar, Mail, and other apps in a more powerful, more responsive way.

iPhone 7 Plus is supercharged by a powerful chip. It’s not only faster than any previous iPhone models but also more efficient. Its battery has the longest battery life, which allows you to work at twice the speed of the iPhone 6 and still enjoy more time between charges.

iPhone 7 Plus review: The dual-lens camera makes it a winner

The iPhone 7 Plus is the best iPhone money can buy, hands down. Like the iPhone 7, it's not an essential upgrade if you have an iPhone 6s Plus that you're happy with, or you want to hold out for the 2017 iPhone, which will be the 10th anniversary and, rumor has it, the big switch to OLED .

Ever since the first camera phone was launched in 2002, a race of sorts to beat professional cameras had been flagged off. Over the years we have seen many smartphones being marketed to have cameras as good as DSLRs if not better.

With the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus , Apple has taken a risk by, well, not changing very much. We've become accustomed to getting something new and impressive from Apple every two years, but these phones are more renovation than revelation.

Apple iPhone 7 Plus Review

The iPhone 7 Plus is a mixed bag of goodies. On one hand, you have options for bigger storage, better performance, better camera and water resistance. On the other hand, you're stuck with basically the same old design for the last 3 years minus the 3.5mm audio port.

* Better performance; * Better camera; * Water-resistance; * Bigger storage

* Missing 3.5mm audio port; * Home button takes time to get used to; * Same old design; * Dual-camera is a bit gimmicky; * Expensive

Here they are: the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus . Officially unveiled merely a month ago, Apple's latest smartphones are now available in Malaysia. Although nothing much has changed on the outside, the inside of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is a completely different story: they're packed with Apple's...

Apple iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Review: More and Less

Battery capacity is up with both the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, with a 1960 mAh battery in the iPhone 7 (up from 1715 mAh with the 6s) and a 2900 mAh battery in the iPhone 7 Plus (up from 2750 mAh with the 6s Plus).

iPhone 7/ iPhone 7 Plus review

While the design might not have altered a great deal, it's clear that some big strides are made with this year's iPhones. Waterproofing is a huge plus point, and the traditional increase in processing power once again puts Apple at the front of the pack.

Comparison: Apple iPhone 7 Plus vs iPhone 6s Plus - Is it worth upgrading?

In case you didn't know, the iPhone 6s Plus price tag was slashed ever since the 7 Plus made its debut. Currently, it's RM3199 for the 32GB model on the Apple Store , which is RM450 more than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge (which has better camera quality, if I might add).

Apple iPhone 7 Plus

Reviewers say that the Apple iPhone 7 Plus delivers the smoothest, most intuitive user experience of any smartphone. The iPhone 7 Plus ups the screen size to 5.5 inches, and adds important other pluses, such as a second rear camera with a true 2X optical zoom.

Fast and powerful; Terrific build quality and customer service; Dual rear cameras; one with a 2X optical zoom; Water resistant -- up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter

No audio jack; Storage can't be expanded

Goondu review: Huawei Nova 3i is priced attractively

If you think you're already spoilt for choice when it comes to budget and mid-range phones, Huawei's new Nova 3i brings yet another option in an already crowded market. Yes, competition is good.
