Lenovo Miix 520

There are a number of Surface Pro ( $618 at Amazon ) clones on the market such as the Acer Switch 5 , Samsung Galaxy Book and HP Spectre x2 , but Lenovo's Miix series continues to impress us the most with its design, features and included accessories.

The Lenovo Miix 520 looks identical to the Miix 510, but its new processor and components help get you better performance and battery life; Far-field microphones have been added for better use of Microsoft's Cortana digital assistant; Keyboard cover and Active Pen are included

The pen holder completely blocks the USB-A port and, when it's holding the pen, partially blocks the power jack and USB-C port; The fans can get a little too loud for quiet environments; Battery life is unimpressive

The Lenovo Miix 520 belongs to the segment of 12.2-inch detachables. Its Core i7 processor offers sufficient performance for office and Internet applications. The fast NVMe SSD provides a fast-running system.

bright; IPS display with stable viewing angles; fast NVMe SSD; 16 GB of memory; LTE modem; backlit keyboard; input pen; maintenance possible

low-contrast display; average battery runtimes; PWM; average Wi-Fi transfer rates

Lenovo Miix 520 Review: Less Money, More Problems

With time, all things become better. It's an adage that's tested by the new Lenovo Miix 520. An alternative to Microsoft's Surface Pro, the Lenovo Miix 520 is a tablet that can replace your laptop. It comes with a keyboard cover, a carry case and a digital pen, so you don't need to fork over […]

Terrific Included Keyboard Accessory; Solid Included Pen; Solid Performance; Better Specs for the Price

Bad Battery Life; Thick and Heavy; Still Missing Solid Pen Storage; Fan Gets Loud; No Windows Hello Camera or Fingerprint Sensor

Lenovo Miix 520 review: A 2-in-1 laptop tablet hybrid that builds on last year's model

Another year has passed and Lenovo has come out with another Miix 500 series 2-in-1 computer. Last year, we reviewed the Miix 510 and while it got the job done there were a few things that weren't the best, such as the camera resolution or that it carried the 6th generation Intel Core SoC.

Lenovo Ideapad Miix 520 review: A superb Windows tablet with subpar battery life

The name "Lenovo," to me, still implies thin black slabs of productivity. And while it's true that the Miix 520 never aspires to be flashy, it's an unobtrusive Windows tablet that sparkles with the occasional flash of luxury.
