A clever scanner, with clever software. I would have preferred full A4 scanning, but at the end of the day, at the price, it is excellent value.

See attached screenshots for following. I have not attempted to use my scanner since upgrading to mac OS High Sierra. I am using the latest version of the driver, IJ Scan Utility, I have configured the utility correctly, and I have set up the scanner properly.

Great cheap scanner. Native software is okay. Would highly recommend using SilverFast software with this scanner; the results are much better.

In April 2013, Canons flagship flat bed scanner model Canon CanoScan 9000F was replaced by the CanoScan 9000F Mark II. The subtle change of the product name already gives an inkling of the fact that there hasn't been too much changed with the device.

Have had for several months, using it for 120 film scanning and photo scanning. Excellent quality, going to a much higher dpi than I have the patience to wait for. Software isn't the best, but does the trick - it's output works well if you expect to perform post-production, but natively on film it...

Experts and owners agree that the Canon CanoScan 9000F Mark II is one of the best all-around scanners for the money. This 9,600-dpi flatbed scanner produces sharp, accurate photo scans with excellent color quality.

Limited software package

Works well with simple yet flexible operating system. Only receives four stars because I must reserve final judgement until after I have made use of/tested more of its capabilities and output.

Very slow to scan slide and the built software is realy bad

This scanner is even better than described. Produces a high quality scan/print. Even eliminates one step from what my previous scanner used to do.

I have used this scanner mainly to scan film photos and the scan software is brilliant in removing dust spots and scratches.
