Canon EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM

I didnt expect to like this little lens. After having used the olympus, sony, panasonic, fuji pancake (the pana and fuji are almost as good but I really hate the a: lack of real MF and b: the irritating powerzoom). This came as a real surprise. The IQ is very good for what this is.

Canon did it again; Very small and light; Very inexpensive; Surprisingly good image quality; Decent zoom and manual focus; On the newest M50 high speed AF; For the price, size and IQ a steal

Only average built quality; Only 3.5-6.3

Corner sharpness very poor up to F11

Using this lens on the M6, the corner sharpness is terrible. I sent it in for repair and that made no difference. You need to stop down to f11 to sharpen the corners. This is an embarassement of a lens for Canon. Other three EF-M lenses that I own are all much much better.

Superb carry lens

I got this lens because the 18-55 was a bit too long. I've since compared it (pixel peeping) at centre and corners and it is excellent. I now use it as my carry-about lens all the time with my M3. It's small and light and very easy to use.

Consistent Output; Easily Interchangeable; Lightweight; Sharp Focus

Great kit lens

Compared to the standard kit lens with other EOS DSLRs this is a great kit lens. My copy is extremely sharp and fast and can deal with all manner of lighting. It's discreet for street photography and lightweight for travel.

Good zoom option for the M3

This lens is amazingly compact, not much longer than the EF-M 22mm prime. The manual retraction feature is easy to use. The quality heft and feel are what you're expect from Canon. Auto focus with the M3 is very quick and accurate. Good color, tack sharp front to back @ f/22.

Canon EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM Graphite Lens - Brand New review

While it's a shame that picture and sound quality haven't been upgraded, the iPhone 13 was great in these regards and the iPhone 14 is, too Excellent display Admirable headphone performance Solid build quality No upgrades to picture or sound Familiar design Notch is still present

Canon EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM Graphite Lens - Brand New review

Apple's latest non-Pro iPhone is superb - it's just that it's strikingly similar to last year's effort.

Still an incredible smartphone, Brilliant battery life gets a bit better, Excellent camera system gets a bit better

Last year’s Pro hardware, Wireless charging slow by modern standards, No USB-C; it’s now well overdue

Canon EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM Graphite Lens - Brand New review

More like an iPhone 13S. The generational upgrades for the iPhone 14 are limited to a few subtle changes. At the same time, however, the base price climbs to 800 USD, while the only true innovation happens inside the iPhone 14 Pro series.

excellent OLED display, dust- and waterproof, fast Wi-Fi, wide range of supported frequencies, great camera, very fast performance, good battery life

display limited to 60 Hz, charging rate limited to 20 watts, no macro lens, wide notch
