Contains all of the functionality I require for now. The watch is just small enough to wear everyday, but could still be considered a little bulky. HRM and waterproof rating were the big positives Vs others. Screen quality & sharpness is a little disappointing.

So many apps on it that it was hard sometimes to get to the one you wanted. Also, when I put it on my wrist it looked so clunky. I felt like I was wearing a police monitoring device on my wrist instead of my ankle.

I was very happy with my adquisition, I bought it in feb 2017 but my garmin vivoactive HR suddenly died drowned in a pool last month. I noticed water infiltration and it is not longer responding.

I have had my Garmin Vivoactive watch for about a year, and I am still really liking it. It is not an AppleWatch. My wife has the AppleWatch 2.0. What the Garmin Vivoactive does not do that she commonly does is [1] answer texts from her watch, [2] answer the iPhone from her watch.

It's a great watch. Does well with activity tracking, good smart notification. It's my first gps watch and I couldn't be happier with it. Battery lasts for about a week, depending on use. Comfortably lasted a 12 hour cycle.
