This is a great lens!!!! :) I would buy again. There is not a sign of any ware. Looks brand new.The auto focus is really fast. It takes amazing pictures! A ton better then the junk slow 18-55mm kit lens. The auto focus is really fast and it is dead on. Very sharp!!! The lens hood is junk.

I originally used only primes with my D810, but the price on a refurbed 24-85 was irresistible. It's not a low light lens, but it's become part of my daily kit. It's small, light and when stopped to f5.6 or f8 very sharp and the VR works. It's become one of my favorite lenses.

Switch from canon to Nikon ,glad I did this camera is so much more then I expected ,do a lot of still photo shoots so image quality was a huge selling point for me.

The D800's little bro packs most of the same awesomeness, but with a more manageable number of megapixels and a more palatable price. On paper there's a ton of power per pound, with that 24.3MP full-frame sensor, a built-in flash, dual SD card slots, 39-point autofocus, 5.5fps continuous shooting...

Nikon cuts the cost but not the quality in this capable full-frame SLR

I purchased it online just before Xmas and I am really impressed with its performance under different light conditions and settings. The dials and buttons are exactly where you expect them and If you are already a Nikon user there is almost no need to read the manual.

This camera is so good that we would say if you are thinking of buying a D800 or 5D Mark III , take a look at the D600 . is more than a small professional camera for amateurs : it is a different tool . It is more efficient DSLR . And that is what most people need.
