This tap has elegant looks and is very functional. Controlling water flow takes a little getting used and if you want to avoid splashing you will want to to turn the tap on gently. Controlling the temperature is easy and the pull out hose is absolutely wonderful. It sits well above the sink and provides good clearance for even larger pots. The tap head turns very smoothly from side to side allowing one to have easy unobstructed access to the sink. Overall very happy with this tap.

Construction feels fantastic but unfortunately it is leaking from the hose that pulls out. Still waiting on a resolution from the store and/or supplier.

We chose this Tap for its design and features. It has everything in the box you need, except tools and pipes. It is easy to assemble and to install by any competent Handyman, although you should get a plumber. The smooth shape of the upright pipe is easy to wipe clean. The nozzle is detachable to be used for getting water to areas that are usually not reachable with a fixed tap. The height of the tap outlet makes it easy to fill any kettle or pot just sitting on the sink rather than have to hold them inside the trough. Smooth operation, a delight to use.
