The Olympus M:ZUIKO Digital 17mm f/2.8 is an adorable, tiny lens that looks great on any compatible camera, especially the retro Olympus PEN E-P1 and E-P2 for which it was designed. Optically though, it's a bit of a mixed bag.

I have never really shoot a lot of primes except on my M6. I never saw the point as sharp and fast as zooms are now a days. But I was pleasently suprised at how quick I feel in love with this lens. 17mm or 34mm equvilent seems to be the perfect focal lenght for me.

This lens is one of the best! It produces superb images that are sharp and full of contrast even at full aperture. Its focal length is perfect or the micro 4/3 system: I use it with a Pen EP1 and that combination is perfect.

Das Objektiv passt zu meinen beiden Olypus EPL1 + EPM1. Der Artikel war wie beschrieben eingetroffen. Negatife Seiten habe ich bis Heute keine festgestellt. Das Objektiv gefällt, da es Original Olympus entspricht. Der Kauf ,kann ich weiterhin empfehlen. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell.

I knew exactly what I was getting and I was not disappointed, this is a good lens to start with and I find myself using this most of the time for a lot of different situations. I highly recommend this lens for all casual photographers who do not have a deep wallet for the PRO-lenses

This is a great prime lens that is very sharp and compact. At a great price this lens is really a no brainer

One of my favorite lenses because of the sharpness and size. Love it on PL/7, PM2, and PM1 to carry in a jacket pocket. 34mm a great general purpose focal length. I find f/2.8 very bright for these cameras for daylight shooting and some night work.

At an equivalent 24mm this lens has a very nice wide field, its sharp and its fast at 2.8 Could not recommend enough as a travel lens. Small and mighty.
