Great kit especially if you are using the raspberry pi for AI projects where heat dissipation is important

Probably the best value kit in terms of receiving a charger, an on switch (surprisingly handy) and a good quality/sturdy case.

You a get a really good assortment of high quality items. The keyboard is amazing for the price, the only problem I have is the mouses scroll wheel feels kinda cheap but overall, great value for all the things you get in the box.

Great mini Pc configuration pre installed just plug and play

This is a great product specially for kids to learn computers, basics of programming, embedded systems, etc. The software includes some games such as Minecraft and programming tools like the Scratch that encourages kids to use the kit. The 8GB version might better work for internet browsing in contrast to lower editions.

Got it up and running no problem. Loaded chromium logged into google. Feels like my last pc. Also the keyboard has a real handy usb hub. They don't mention this in the blurb. Perhaps they should. Also for double bonus the keyboard and mouse work on Xbox. For my one game that supports it. Yay

Pi4 is weak for its Bluetooth connection. Buying this "official Kit", I expect the official case and case fan. They are not. I spend day not able to fit it together. The Bluetooth keyboard drops off frequently and it cannot even be used even if you connect it directly with the pi. I returned it the next day and ask for credit. I took the company two weeks to say there is nothing wrong about the product and want to return this useless product to me. I demand a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
