Great lense. Large F-stop are so useable compare to my other f1.8 lense

Great product, I recommend those who want best in class image quality to get this lenses. I needed to shoot indoor all the time, 35mm is perfect wide angle for indoor use and large apature helps with low light condition. What'd wonderful glass.

very satisfied. my regular walk around lens in a new city

very sharp lens. Great for walk around and street photography. Sharpness intact even after cropping. great capture in low light because of the f 1.4. Feels great to hold and premium finish. Paired with my Nikon D750 it works just great.

Best lens I've owned

This is an amazing lens. So sharp even at 1.4. Solidly built. I'm have a nikon d610 full frame and the rest of my lenses are nikon and this is far superior in imaging quality and build

This lens is part of Sigma's Art line. A fast 35mm/f1.4 lens is an excellent tool for available-light photography indoors or at night outdoors, especially on the full 35mm-film frame (24×36mm sensor, which Nikon refers to as the FX format).

Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Review

The Sigma 35mm f/1.4 is unlike any of the Sigma lenses we have seen in the past. I must applaud Sigma for stepping up and challenging the big brands, by spending their resources on engineering new generation lenses with amazing optics – all at a great value.

Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art

This is the first f/1.4 lens for Nikon that I wouldn't hesitate using wide open, leaving little to be desired. With the possible exception of the 35/1.4 AFS G Nikkor, compared to other f/1.4 Nikkors optics in the 35/50 class, it is relatively free of coma and spherical aberration that hindered wide...

High overall IQ; great AF focus accuracy; very high build quality for a non-OEM lens

Corner falloff wide open; focuses in the opposite direction of Nikkor lenses and lack of weather sealing gasket on lens mount

This 35mm f/1.4 is from Sigma's acclaimed Art range, and has been recognised by many as providing some of the best image quality currently available... Packing in 13 elements in 11 groups – including one FLD and 4 SLD low-dispersion elements, as well as two aspherical elements – keeps the image...

Well worth the money!! I love only had for a few weeks, but I feel it is one of the best investments ever I've made.

Its a winner!

Fantastic quality lens, big and heavy, but worth the extra weight. Its super sharp, fast autofocus, wide maximum aperture for low light, and great bokeh, and solidly build. The Sigma 35mm Art is equal, if not better than the Canon L series 35mm, and is now my main wedding lens.
