Probably your best bet.

Expensive compared to what is available from china, but good build quality and chip works great with my D7000. Used for doing 360 panos and recognising lens data from PTGUi. Wish chromatic aberrations were a little bit less but I am sure this is as good as the best out there and probably just...

This lens is the one to pull out when things are slow and wouldn't normally attract interest. With this lens, almost every photo taken is in a perspective never seen by anybody, and thus looks very unique.

Sharp all around! It is crisp and very sharp up until its far far edges; F/5.6 and higher get you sharper shots up until F/16; After F/16, you're just compensating for an intense light source, Versatility: The many uses it has can seem almost endless.

Sharpness below F/5.6: Tends to be a bit soft on distant objects, but thats not what the lens is for; The F/3.5 aperture is perfect for objects with no depth, such as astro-photography, but thats not a common photo; Eyes tend to not focus too well at F/3.5, Exposed lens: The lens is quite out there.

Lots of fun, lots of variety

Adds a flexibility to a wedding photographers kit. Have used successfully with a rayflash ring flash adapter to produce "Jarvie Window" images (look it up) at weddings and parties.

Consistent Output; Durable; Easily Interchangeable; Lightweight; Sharp Focus

Great fisheye lens!

I have used this fisheye lens to shoot several events and wedding receptions. It does a great job helping capture very wide angled shots of entire Churches and reception halls. People standing to my far right can easily be captured in the shot due to the 180 degree angled lens.

This AF circular fisheye is very sturdy and well built lens; It gives a stunning 180 degree sngled view for stunning artistic shots

None to date except from time to time the autofocus ring can move easily during hand placement

Sigma 8mm f/3.5 EX DG Circular Fisheye

Real Fun-lens - funky-punky.... optically very strong, sharp, complete circle (not that bullshitcercle from Peleng 8) nearly without flare (forget the cheepo-Pelengo....!). Very good construction, but take care of the frontlens....

Fantastic perspective - 360 = FUN - sharp; nice buildings; very few CA?′s; NO FLARE

take care on the frontlens

The Best lens out there for Virtual Media

Love this Lens! I bought this lens for Google Street View photography, and it works like a charm. It takes no time to focus, and gets 4 Inches to Infinity in perfect focus. Being a fisheye lens, it can be used very creatively, though it's main purpose I presume is to create Virtual Media like...

The Sigma 8mm f/3.5 is a very well constructed lens. accidentally, it drop 2 times out of my camera bag from 50cm on a wooden floor and continues to work great.Being a circular fisheye, it shows vignetting on a cropped sensor camera and a full circular image on full frame sensors.

Very wide angle
