I like the size of the recorder and it is easy to use. The problem I have is the static noises on play back. The case is sensitive to any movement in my hand while playing back. Makes the recording harder to hear. I will try some way not to hold it in hand, this may be a nuisance.

I am over the moon with my dictaphone it's been so handy when I go to inspect my bee hives I can just put it on and keep records of each hive as I come to them. And writing up the report is much better. I love it.

This pocket recorder has good clarity when placed clear of obstructions; the audibility and clarity is reduced by a third or so if you placed it in a 'hidden' place behind where the actual conversation / discourse / lecture is taking place.

I bought this with the intent to use for tutoring. I can't figure out to save client's sessions without taping over it or easy access! Argh
